SIERRA FRYSTAR400 fryer with Free Frymate Filter

Bought one of these from Pitman Restaurant Supply $900 in Portland. The manufacturer won't help you if it doesn't work. The valve was faulty, fryer never used once, verified by a repair company $500 that was referred by the manufacturer. The parts are absolite and you won't get anyone to help you. It will be over $4000 before I get a wotkong fryer with a company that backs their product.
